The five formulas every bonus hunt needs
- Multiplier = Win ÷ Bet Size — how hard each bonus hit.
- Total cost = Start Balance − Opening Balance — what collecting the bonuses actually cost.
- Profit = (Opening Balance + Total Win) − Start Balance.
- Average X = Total Win ÷ Total Bet of opened bonuses.
- Break-even Average X = amount still needed ÷ total bet of the remaining bonuses — the number that keeps chat on the edge of their seats.

How to use it
Download the template
Grab the free CSV and open it in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. The summary block and multiplier formulas are pre-filled.
Set your start balance
Enter the bankroll you're hunting with. When you stop collecting, enter your opening balance — the difference is what your bonuses cost.
Log every bonus
One row per bonus: slot name, provider and bet size while collecting; the win when you open it. The multiplier column calculates itself.
Read the summary
Total cost, total win and profit update from the formulas. Compare average multiplier against what you still need to break even.
Frequently asked questions
How do I make a bonus hunt spreadsheet?
Create columns for slot name, provider, bet size, win and multiplier, plus summary cells for start balance, opening balance, total win and profit. The multiplier is win divided by bet; profit is opening balance plus total win minus start balance. Our free template has all of this pre-built.
What formulas does a bonus hunt tracker use?
Multiplier = win ÷ bet. Total cost = start balance − opening balance. Profit = (opening balance + total win) − start balance. Average multiplier = total win ÷ total bet of opened bonuses. Break-even average X = the amount still needed ÷ the total bet of the remaining unopened bonuses.
